Seeking volunteers to represent Probation/Trial Court at Boston Strong event.

Attention all Massachusetts Probation and Trial Court employees! The 11th Annual Boston Strong Invitational is fast approaching, and the Massachusetts Probation Service (MPS) is seeking volunteers to represent the court at this important event. The Boston Strong Invitational is a charity golf tournament that raises funds for the One Fund Boston, which supports victims of the Boston Marathon bombing. This year, the event will take place on September 20th at the Brookmeadow Country Club in Canton, MA.

The MPS has participated in the Boston Strong Invitational since its inception, and is looking for volunteers to continue this tradition. Volunteers will have the opportunity to network with other court employees, as well as support a great cause. In addition to representing the court at the tournament, volunteers will also assist with registration, raffles, and other event logistics. This is a great opportunity for court employees to give back to the community and show their support for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.

Volunteers must be able to commit to the full day of the tournament, which will begin with registration at 7:30 am and conclude with a dinner and awards ceremony at 5:30 pm. Volunteers will also be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. Interested volunteers should contact Jennifer LaRose at jennifer.larose@jud.state.ma.us or 617-727-5300 ext. 3 by September 6th to sign up.
